Another week, and yet another list of the top 5 songs. I did a lot of research to find the most well-known and fan-favorite characters with names that start with a D, and the findings led me to the conclusion that the only characters with names that start with a D are men. I was surprised to find that there aren’t any female characters with names that start with a D! Another thing I found out is that the majority of them are bad guys; I’m curious as to why that is. I mean, it may simply be a coincidence, but if you look at the list below, the vast majority of them are villains in some form or another!
Let’s take a look at the top five most well-known anime characters whose names begin with the letter D in the alphabetical order of their surnames.
Dabi (BNHA)

Dabi is a fantastic BNHA villain anime character who is arguably at the top of the list of villains that are utterly beyond redemption. He brutally killed thirty innocent people, and now the only thing that counts is inflicting pain on the person who inflicted pain on him, even if doing so means inflicting pain on everyone else in the process. It’s simply too late for him now. We are aware that he was a child who was a failed product of Endeavor’s eugenics experiment. He was also emotionally mistreated and wasn’t given any assistance to help him mature in a healthy manner, all of which contributed to his destroying himself.
Decim (Death Parade)

Decim, who is said to be at least 1200 years old, is a judge for the departed. At the pub Quindecim, where he works as a bartender, he not only serves beverages to customers but also offers his opinions on the people who have passed away. In the words of Nana, “With Decim, it’s all about the drink and the seriousness.” Besides, he does not have any other redeeming qualities.”
Daiki Aomine (Kuroko no Basket)

Daiki is an avid follower of Japanese idols and plays both the ace position and the power forward position for T Academy. It is almost as if he was born to play basketball since he has intangibles and a knowledge of the game that cannot be taught. He is one of the most formidable basketball players in Kuroko due to the combination of his agility, skill, and, most importantly, intangibles.
Deishuu Kaiki (Bakemonogatari)

Con artist Deishuu is an expert in creating convincing illusions of ghosts and other spirits. There are a number of memes floating around online proclaiming him to be the finest waifu in the series. Despite the fact that he began as a one-dimensional enemy, by the end he had developed into a multifaceted and kind guy. He has an ominous aura, is an articulate speaker, and takes great delight in the fact that he is devoid of pride. He is an expert in the craft of telling lies and misleading people in order to get financial gain.
Dio Brando (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventures)

Dio, the primary antagonist of the series, would not hesitate to resort to violence, deception, or seduction in order to further his agenda if doing so will bring him closer to fulfilling his objectives. He craves power and is so intent on becoming the wealthiest and most powerful person in the world that he is willing to go to any lengths to achieve his goals, even the murder of innocent people.
